We arrived home last night with a van full of luggage and to a yard full of grass. The vacation is officially over.

Chase was NOT happy as we pulled into our driveway. He said, "I don't want to go home. Oh, there's our stupid pickup." That was a big indication that he was not happy to end the vacation because, 1.) he knows he's not suppose to use the word stupid, and 2.) he loves the pickup.

Our excursion to Canada was short. It was cold and there weren't a lot of activities for Chase, so we decided to head back to Devils Lake. We drove through Minot on our way back and got a tour of Gary's aunt's art studio. It's something I've wanted to do for a year now, so it was nice to have the time to do it properly. Now, what to do the rest of the summer?!
